Platform nature
StaffroomIQ is an education technology platform providing career tools, institutional matching and education discovery services.
User responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of information provided in your profile, CV, job postings or institutional listings.
Payment terms
Paid features are billed as described at purchase. Refunds are handled per our refund policy.
Intellectual property
Content you create, including CVs and profiles, remains yours. Platform design, code and systems belong to StaffroomIQ.
Data protection
We handle your data in accordance with UAE PDPL, India DPDP Act 2023 and GDPR principles.
Account termination
We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time.
Limitation of liability
Total liability is limited to fees paid in the preceding 12 months.
Dispute resolution
Disputes are resolved through arbitration. DIAC for the UAE, Indian Arbitration Act for India.
Modifications
We may update these terms with 30 days notice by email.
